The frayed hem jeans + ankle boots combo

My favourite trend right now is the cropped frayed-hem jeans with ankle boots  - it looks so cool. I love that the hem of the jeans hits above the boot so you can flash your ankles. This is how I am waiting for the spring to come. Hope I am not scaring it away ;-). 

It works with any denim wash and any ankle boot colour. I have two black jeans and one lighter wash denim. I paired them with black or grey(ish) boots. (These are the " any wash" and "any colour" in my wardrobe.)  :-)

Light wash denim with black ankle boots. I usually avoid lighter washes believing that they are not flattering on me, but here, with the raw hem, it is a must. :-)
