Dress over trousers

A low-key version of the dress over trousers trend is a perfect way to vary my outfits. It is something new but it still has the long, elongating and covering layer that I like so much.

I tried this dresses over a pair of black skinny jeans hoping that they won't add any bulk under the dress. In my wardrobe I found navy, black and striped dresses. And a violet one! Not so bad - tamed with a black vest :-) 

I love these outfits, they are cool and casual, but they have a modern vibe with a little bit of edge.
