Coaxing spring to come faster

I told you last week that I began slowly transitioning my winter wardrobe into spring. We still have a lot of snow in Norway and it is freezing outside at the moment but I am willing to step out of my comfortzone to make spring come faster!

Winter has forcefully taken all colour and warmth from the country and I am fed up with skies that are the same shade as the enormous snow piles that line the road. Spring is the season for renewal and rebirth, and the return of colour and light into our lives. It’s about time to strike out! I am hoping that wearing bright and bold colours might coax Spring to arrive.

I am lined up at the startline with my checked coat - ready to wear it at the first signs of spring :-) This time I paired it bravely with bright colour tops, using the orange-red colour which runs through the checks. This colour is lightening up the whole look and the muted checked coat works so well with them.
