In pajamas all day

I got into the pajama trend just about 2-3 years later than everybody else. It took some time to get used to the idea of wearing nightwear outside the house. I fell in love with the pajama dressing because it is a fashion trend that encourages style and comfort at the same time. It is a tribute to my beloved and slooow Sunday mornings when I sit in my pajamas for hours on end and have the day for me. I drink some tea, then I drink some coffee, then I read a book, then I have a nice and late breakfast - and have no worries at all. It must be my favourite time of the week.

These laidback pajama inspired blouses add an instant cool factor to your outfit. A head-to-toe pajama ensembIe would be a touch too much for me, I am not goig for big wild prints or pajama pants either (right now...), but to try the trend, I simply wear a night shirt. Or two. I stick with very simple black ones. The first of my two blouses has a regular PJ collar, the second has a kind of standing collar and some nicer cuffs. Both of these shirts are simple and clean, and have some white piping which makes them look more sophisticated, and most importantly, elongate your frame.

I wore these pajama style blouses with flare jeans and heels, they looked chic, but I love to dress them down with skinnies and/or trainers. Trainers make the outfit more casual. Smart casual. I would style these blouses with black jeans and black or white trainers. They are perfect to put together a monochromatic look. I love this silky style, especially with the contrasting piping.
