I ditched the black coat!!

I don't care what the weather is, if it is freezing, snowing or storming - I am getting ready for spring. I checked the calendar and it is March! That means spring! :-)

I was eager to wear this checked coat, which is slightly lighter than my black wintercoat. It looks like this is the most popular outerwear trend right now. The print has been on our blazers for some time,  and it's now all over our wintercoats, too. 

This coat is slightly oversized and it fits perfectly into my wardrobe. I show you how I styled it with black or white basics, It goes well with white knit or button-down shirts, black knit or turtlenecks. Basically my uniform...

I even wore it with a grey hoodie and black jeans - just to feel a bit trendy and cool :-)
